Skills for life
Training that stays useful for decades, not just for a single contract or season.
Sustainability
The story of StarLink International: who we are, what 11+ years of recruitment have taught us, and the people who lead us.
About the company
StarLink International is a human resource provider based in Gulshan, Dhaka. We exist for one simple reason: to connect skilled, trained workers with employers who value them, in a way that is fair to both sides.
We supply workers across twelve categories, from construction and healthcare to hospitality, logistics and IT. Every candidate is screened, skill-verified and prepared before deployment, and every placement follows the legal requirements of the countries involved.
We believe a good placement is the most sustainable thing we can offer: it gives a worker a stable income, gives an employer a dependable team, and builds a relationship that lasts.
Our experience
Over a decade of recruitment has taught us what works. We have placed hundreds of workers with employers abroad and built lasting relationships with the businesses that hire them.
That experience shapes how we work: careful screening first, real skill checks and training, and clear documentation from the very beginning. We keep our training close to what employers actually need, and update it as markets change.
Just as important, we stay in touch after deployment. The results of the people we place tell us where to improve.
What sustainability means to us
For StarLink International, sustainability is about people and livelihoods. These are the principles we work by.
Training that stays useful for decades, not just for a single contract or season.
Steady employment and support after arrival, so income can keep growing.
Transparent costs, honest contracts and full compliance in every country we work with.
We build relationships with employers and workers that last beyond one placement.
Our journey
We started with a clear idea: recruitment done properly. A small team, a commitment to ethical practice and a growing list of workers ready to build a career abroad.
As results spoke for themselves, more employers and workers joined us, and we added new categories from construction and healthcare to hospitality and IT.
A full range of trained workforce categories, experienced recruiters and hundreds of workers placed with employers around the world.
More sectors, stronger links with employers and continued support for every worker who wants to build a future abroad.
